After the board meeting held for and on behalf of all owed foreign contractors who have satisfactorily accomplished their contracts.







I have decided vehemently and without any further regret or consideration feeling that Dr. Jackson Williams the present Director of Credit Control and Monitoring Unit of Reserve Bank of India should now be in full control of the payment of all short listed contractors for this last quarter payment.







This development is prompted by the continued delay of contractors fund by corrupt officials of the Reserve Bank which has led to my regime oozing huge sums of money, hence, this money which I have raised for this last quarter must be judiciously utilized, I therefore, warn all contractors with this notification that every correspondence concerning contract payments should be immediately directed to Jackson Williams, the contrary you are to desist from communicating with any other official who has promised to transfer your contract fund.







As soon you receive this mail contact me director of credit control and monitoring unit of Reserve Bank of India. Be informed, that I have instructed the board of directors of Reserve Bank of India and any other offshore payment center not to release fund by corresponding bank transfer, cash payment, cheque and draft.







The only mode of payment approved is by telegraphic transfer (KTT) to your stipulated bank account. Hence, for your easy reconciliation with the credit control and monitoring unit, you are expected to send a confirmation of your bank details, fax, and telephone and contract details to the fax line of Dr. Jackson Williams.







Your immediate co-operation on to this latest instruction will help him to serve you better and reduce the action of hoodlums who parade themselves as government officials. All the necessary arrangements regarding your contract payment has been finalized and i was then given the authority to notify you of the latest development. You also have to note that you will pay before this fund will be release into your account and if you are not ready to settle the bill, then you have to quit this transaction in time.







I don't want you to contact me and start asking too much questions because i am not the one that made the law.







Though, I have instituted financial crime panel to arrest any default.
