This process is mandatory, and if not completed within the nearest time your account or credit card may be subject for temporary suspension. To securely confirm your account information please download the attachement. We encourage you to log in and perform the steps necessary to restore your account access as soon as possible. Allowing your account access to remain blocked for an extended period of time.

  2. Just got this one about an hour ago. Honestly, who is going to fill out an htm attachment asking for your ss#, cc#, address, phone, etc? Do they think we are completely stupid? I hope no one fell for this one.
